MasterCard, Personal Checks (US Only), Money Orders, and PayPal
(US and Canada Only)

International Shipping: International buyers, please be
aware that when you check out you will receive 2 shipping options. One
is for US only orders; the other is for international orders. Please be
sure to mark International Shipping so you are charged appropriately. If
this shipping option is not selected, you will be billed separately for
the difference in shipping. PayPal is not accepted for payment for
international orders, except for Canada.
The rate at which an international order ships will be determined by
the weight of the package. Lighter items, including entire orders that
can fit in a Global Priority envelope, will be shipped at the 3-10 day
rate. Heavier orders, including those with lots of cardstock, will be
shipped at the slower rate, which could take 6-8 weeks to arrive. This
is done to help keep our international shipping rates down. If you would
like to have a heavier order shipped Air Mail, please contact us for the
shipping rates.
Canadian Buyers: Generally, orders to Canada can ship
cheaper than other international orders. If this is the case with your
order, your order will reflect a lower shipping charge.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours during the business week. Weekend
orders are processed Monday Morning and shipped either Monday Afternoon
or Tuesday morning. Most orders are shipped
via Priority Mail. Depending on the weight of your package, we may opt
to ship your order via parcel post or media mail through the United
States Postal Service. International orders shipping methods will be
determined due to weight.
Catalogs
We are an Internet-only site. There is no print version of KayDee
Designs except for wholesale inquiries.
Checks and Money Orders
We do accept checks and money orders as a form of payment. If you choose
one of these forms of payment, the shopping process is as follows:
- Add items to your "shopping basket" in our online store.
- Once you are finished shopping, print your order from the "basket"
screen, including your subtotal.
- Check the money order or check option. You will receive a
e-mail, detailing your purchases. Print this off.
- Mail your order form and a check or money order (payable to KayDee
Designs) to:

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order as it will not be
shipped until your check clears.
PayPal
We do accept payments through PayPal, only for
US and Canadian customers only! Upon checking out, you will be
given the option to select PayPal as a form of payment. You will be
walked through the entire check out process at that time.
International orders should make sure they have chosen the correct
shipping for all PayPal Orders, doing so will delay the processing of
your order.
Back Orders
If an item is placed on back order, we are waiting for a shipment to
arrive from the manufacturer before we will have the item back in stock.
You may purchase back ordered items when they are not in stock, and The
Scrapbook City will ship them when they do arrive. We
will notify you first by e-mail if there is longer than 48 hours wait
for product. We will give you an approximate time that your item
will be going into the mail. You will be kept up to date on
all progress of your order
