We are wholesaling KayDee Design products, which include, Poem Pages,
Cut-Out tags, Sentiment Pages, Mini Text Phrase Pages and new Create a Tag pages. We will soon
be wholesaling a line of KayDee Design paper. Look for them in the future. |

| Before we can give you a username and password you must
have a tax ID number, and your business will be required to give us a copy.. |

| Our first time order is a minimum of $20.00 and all
reorders are a minimum of $5.00. We aim to allow as many retailers to
purchase our items at reasonable orders amounts to allow our retailers to
stock as many of our products as they would like. |

| Our products are sold in quantities of 3. Shipping
charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All balances must be paid
in full before we can ship merchandise. A lot is a quantity of 3 pages. |

| Our preferred payment method is Credit Card, or PayPal
we also accept a company check or money order. COUPONS are
made available to our RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. Wholesale
customers do not have the use of them. |

| Our products are not individually packaged. To
package them individually would create more cost to our retailers along with
extra shipping costs. We want to keep our products cost down to a minimum to
allow retailers to purchase them at a cost effective price. |

| Our preferred shipping method is Priority Mail. We
have found that this form of shipment is the most efficient, and cost
effective for our customers. For orders under 1 lb we will ship
regular mail for those customers who request it. Orders that are
larger we may choose to send UPS or the most cost effective form of shipping
for our customers. |

| All shipping charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser. Our web-site will reflect the shipping charges at checkout. |

| Helpful Display Hints: Our poem pages are best displayed
in a book rack. Many of our retailers place a small table book rack on
display near their papers or on top of a eye level shelf for best sales.
Also displaying them by the checkout counter will help to sell them as well.
Our Tags are best displayed hanging. We don't punch holes in the
top of them, due to our retailers wanting to display them differently, but
our retailers are certainly welcome to do so.
Sentiment and Mini Text Pages. These are packaged individually, due
to the vellum and scratching.
